Final Review:
Diet to Go is a meal plan diet that will give you the results you want. Although the prices are slightly higher than the diet plan eDiets, Diet to Go has great quality of food as well as the perfect portion sizes. This keeps you full for longer periods of time by giving you the nutrients your body needs.
I have not tried this particular meal plan but my wife had great success with it. She lost nearly 15 lbs in just under 3 months and I noticed a difference immediately.
